State assessment
The first step in working together is us creating a baseline, or what you have been doing before. We can’t recommend something new without knowing that much. You may have multiple properties in different areas of the country, and have been using different brokers, energy suppliers and cost structures. It can be a headache to paint a full picture and gain visibility into your costs and usages. As a part of our regular working structure, or with a separate fee for service, we utilize our experience and technology to develop your baseline. We’ll provide you with a report highlighting clean costs and evaluations that you can use moving forward to make operational decisions. After that, we can depart as friends, or you can use us to complete the energy purchasing project.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
You want to pay the lowest cost, and your leadership or investors are also interested in doing good for the environment. We applaud you, and fully support the continuing transition to renewable energy sources. We’re even happy to discuss our involvement in the area. For an additional fractional cost, you can procure green energy at still competitive market rates. Or, you can use your savings to offset the cost of renewable power. This is commonly known as Renewable Energy Certificates or RECs. We’ll help you sort out obtaining solar, hydro or wind power, and what state or technology to buy from that meets your needs.
Custom budgeting
You just bought a property, installed new equipment or read that natural gas costs are going up next year. You have multiple energy suppliers billing you and those bills paid by different entities. Now, your CFO wants to know what your total energy costs will be next year. We already have your utility data, can ask you a few targeted questions, and can develop a realistic energy budget that you can use next year and trust. These budgets can be optimized and distributed per your schedule. Our primary focus is ensuring that your energy decisions correlate with your corporate strategy.
